[VIDEO] Gay Gaddis graciously accepts a Liz Carpenter Lifetime Achievement Award during the annual Banner Brunch, hosted by the Women Communicators of Austin (WCA). Created in 1993 and named for author and WCA Liz Carpenter, the award recognizes professional communicators who have reached the highest levels of personal and professional achievement over a lifetime. With an emphasis on leadership, vision and outstanding achievement in communications, Gaddis was honored as the founder of T3. Gaddis grew T3 into the largest independent female-owned advertising agency in the country under her leadership for over 30 years.
