The Texas Trailblazers: Gay Gaddis Leadership Program will vet and curate a group of exceptional undergraduate students with the potential to lead across a wide array of professions — not-for-profit, science, engineering, technology, business, liberal arts, fine arts, and more. This is not your typical leadership program — Texas Trailblazers: Gay Gaddis Leadership Program will prepare students for a lifetime of extraordinary leadership across all fields. Students will not just meet world class leaders, but will also develop genuine relationships; students will not just hear stories about the everyday work of being a high impact leader, but also will learn precisely how proven leaders make decisions and act in ways that shape the performance of their teams and companies. Critically, students in the program will develop a supportive network that they can lean on for a lifetime.
