Leadership Training

The goal is simple. Take proven, talented leaders and shave five to ten years off of their management learning curve.

Overview

Working with companies large and small, my leadership programming is designed to touch thousands of lives. Whether it’s a single educational seminar or a multi-session program spanning across months, I will work with your team’s needs and craft a program to accelerate and propel teammates forward.

Over the years, I have spoken at hundreds of conferences, summits and leadership events inspiring countless individuals through my personal stories as a female leader who blazed a trail for others along the way. I have been honored to mentor and offer career advice to so many emerging business people, eager to come to me with their challenges.

The first way I responded to these requests was through my book, Cowgirl Power: How to Kick Ass in Business & Life, offering advice altered toward solving these challenges along the way to a successful career.  However, since I sold my digital marketing and advertising agency, T3 in the Fall of 2019, I have been able to focus more on empowering leaders and managers.

I have found this work to be extremely rewarding, therefore, I’m formalizing this experience into a leadership development program where I believe I can make a real difference.

Leadership training programs are customized around themes such as corporate culture, women’s initiatives, diversity, and finding your superpowers using Myers-Briggs based assessment tools…

What We Will Achieve

  • Program includes real-world conversations (not naive or academic). Gay will introduce your organization to pressuring business situations to prepare you for the future.
  • Gay will empower employees to learn their core strengths and build high performance teams that customers can trust and rely upon. She will take the fear of failure, acknowledge it as possible, and then defeat it over and over again.
  • Gay believes in leadership training that combines multiple disciplines across varying departments and career paths.
  • Gay will provide positive, motivational messages that will uplift participants and help them to innovate and dream big.
  • Shareholder value should be acknowledged and included in the discussion.
  • Discussions will include honest feedback. Your staff will have the opportunity to safely share with peers while creating a bond within your organization.

We absolutely loved our time with Gay! She was incredibly engaging and insightful. Her energy is contagious. Gay’s story is inspiring and her “cowgirl toolkit” is full of actionable steps to build on your strengths and create your own path to success. Regardless of background, everyone left feeling motivated and ready to harness their own cowgirl power!

Many of our attendees named you the highlight of the weekend! We had several requests for books from those who did not get one and have purchased more to hand out. We would love it if you would sign them!

What’s Your Personality Type

Early in my career I learned how important it is to know your strengths and to know what kind of career and work environment fosters your personality type. This helped define me as a leader in building teams. I’ve found that innovation comes from teams with diversity of thought. From DiSC to StrengthsFinder, there are several assessment tests that can guide you. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is one of the most popular and I often use this in my leadership training. Take a free MBTI-based test to explore your strengths, and contact us for custom leadership training for your teams. Together we can learn how to harness the power of this tool, along with other skills I’ve developed over my career.

Tips for taking the free test:

  • You do not need to create an account on this free testing site. Questions begin on that page, scroll mid-way down the page.
  • At the end of the test, it will ask you optional questions about yourself (gender, age, etc) and then it will share your results
  • (Optional) If desired, you can click “Unlock My Report” to pay a fee for a detailed report or click “check out a sample report” for a free scale of your results, which requires sharing your information.
