PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Over the years, I have spoken at hundreds of conferences, summits and leadership events inspiring countless individuals through my personal stories and experiences as a female leader who blazed a trail for others along the way. I have been honored to mentor and offer career advice, and it has been gratifying for me to see so many emerging business people eager to come to me with their challenges.

The first way I responded to these requests was through my book, Cowgirl Power. Published in 2018, the book is full of advice and has been well received by men and women alike across a wide variety of industries and age groups. However, since I sold my digital marketing and advertising agency, T3 in fall 2019, I have had the pleasure to continue my work in empowering leaders and managers as they struggle with their career choices. I have found that working with these talented individuals is extremely rewarding. Therefore, I’m formalizing this experience into a leadership development program where I believe I can make a real difference.

Working with companies large and small, my leadership programming is designed to touch thousands of lives through the actual participants and how they will influence the lives of others through their leadership and future careers. Whether its a single educational seminar or a multi-session program spanning across months, I will work with your team needs to craft a program to accelerate and propel teammates forward.

WHAT WE WILL ACHIEVE 

  • Programming includes real-world conversations and not naive or academic. This is not theoretical learning. Gay will introduce your organization to pressure-cooker business situations happening today while preparing for the future.
  • The goal is simple. Take proven, talented leaders and shorten their management learning curve while building company loyalty while boosting morale.
  • Gay will empower employees to learn their core strengths and how to build high performance teams that customers will trust and rely upon. She will take the fear of failure, acknowledge it as always possible, and then will defeat it over and over again.
  • Gay believes that leadership training that brings multiple disciplines across departments and career paths together is critical to a successful leadership program.
  • She will provide positive, motivational messages that will uplift the participants and will help them to innovate and dream big.
  • Shareholder value should be acknowledged and included in the discussion, where appropriate.
  • Discussions will include honest feedback. Your staff will have the opportunity to safely share with peers while creating a bond and support group within your organization.

WHAT IS YOUR PERSONALITY TYPE? 

Early in my career I learned how important it is to know your strengths and to know what kind of career and work environment fosters your personality type. This helped define me as a leader in building teams. I've found that innovation comes from teams with diversity of thought. From DiSC to StrengthsFinder, there are several assessment tests that can guide you. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is one of the most popular and I often use this in my leadership training.
