Gay Gaddis, LLC is seeking a multi-talented and ambitious marketing intern to join our lean, growing team. With offices in downtown Austin and in Burnet, Texas, this unpaid position offers flexible hours and the ability to work remotely with significant growth opportunities. From researching and developing target lists for speaking engagements and art shows and maintaining digital assets including Gaygaddis.com and social media, to assisting with special events and orchestrating virtual art tours, this role will be responsible for a variety of tasks based on experience and skills. This role will assist the Chief Marketing Officer, Stephanie J. Baker across the many disciplines and the ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, polished and eager to take ownership of a variety of projects.

Duties may Include:

Develop and oversee social media plans
Maintain and enhance gaygaddis.com including an e-commerce platform
Research and develop target lists and mailings for speaking opportunities 
Research and develop target lists and mailings for art galleries and shows
Coordinate and manage calendars
Assist in planning and executing special events
Video editing for speaking reels and website
Photograph artwork and/or live events
Attend weekly virtual meetings and bi-monthly in-person meetings and/or special events
